School Support Ltd provides full property services to over 350 schools.

The services include:

Full Property Service

For a monthly fee (based on the size of the school) we provide the following:

• Regular visits to your school, where we are available for general or specific advice

• Provide regular 10 year maintenance and capital programmes

• We implement the agreed upon plan each year. Your board makes the decisions. School Support Ltd provides the expertise specifications and obtains quotes

• We ensure the job is completed satisfactorily within specific time-frames

• General and specific advice (pools, boilers, grounds etc.)

Maintenance and Capital Programmes

We can provide these as 'one-offs' and we can also produce health and safety reports
